To the Coach's that made me the Coach I am today

Dear coaches,  My words cannot describe all the inspiration you have given me, both in the sports arena and off. You were incredible role models. I wanted to share just a few of the books I have added to my  VERY small book collection.  1.  Jess Sincero; Looking for a pair of books t...

Travel, beauty and spontaneity will  be coming your way this year!              I personally think that everyone can get annoyed with the  phrase "new year new me." As well as the question, "what are your  New Years resolutions?" We all know that some of us don't follow  through with them. There is nothing wrong with wanting to better  ourselves or to reach new goals. We all should want to improve where we are in order to reach our goals . Ending on that note,  here are mine!  1. No procrastinating     This just might have been my middle name in 2018! I thought some  tasks were not as easy as I thought , so I waited ti...
